Why I Built Rix

Hi, I'm Michael a retired Engineer, Surveyor and Teacher from beautiful Tasmania, Australia.

I wanted a personal organiser that was truly private, one that kept my memories on my device, required no account, and couldn't be read by anyone but me. When I couldn't find what I wanted, I built Rix.

Welcome to Rix: your memories, your way, completely private.

Dementia is one of the major causes of disability and dependency among older people generally. Together this is creating a global economic, social, and healthcare crisis (WHO).
