Why I Built Rix

Hi, I'm Michael — a retired Engineer, Surveyor and Teacher from beautiful Tasmania, Australia.

I taught myself to code to build the app I wished existed. I wanted a personal assistant that was truly private — one that kept my memories on my device, required no account, and couldn't be read by anyone but me. When I couldn't find one, I built Rix.
